- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after [ 2:00 PM EST] will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $49. No promo code needed — the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.You can also check your order status through our order tracking portal.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to freight forwarders or reshippers. Please provide a direct residential or commercial address.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

DFUVNMM LLC PLLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show confirmation of delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at reach-dfuvnmm@outlook.com. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
